Andy grew up in an Air Force family that settled in Indialantic in 1986. When people ask why he chose to build his career here, the answer is simple: this is home. He graduated from Satellite High School and has lived through every cycle, every neighborhood shift, and every wave of new development in this market. His background in residential construction and new home sales, shaped by time working alongside his father and sister at a large local homebuilder, gives him a real edge when helping clients navigate both new construction and resale properties. That foundation translates directly into sharper evaluations, better questions, and more informed decisions for his clients, especially in a market like Viera where new construction and resale opportunities sit side by side.
